Please share a few successes and/or challenges from your efforts to fulfill your missionary purpose this past week.  We commit Jorden to come to church on Sunday!  What is one area you can focus on this coming week to more closely follow the principles in Missionary Standards for Disciples of Jesus Christ?  Standards for Life - I want to read preach my gospel personally from start to finish along with reading the book of mormon  Who did you participate in exchanges with?  How did the exchange go?  Is there anything happening at home or with your family that you would like to share? (Optional)  Is there anything else you would like to share? (Optional) 

On Monday I hit 6 months as a missionary so we went out and celebrated! We went and got sushi and froyo for lunch and then ended the night at a members house for dinner, the Crabtree's. Our sushi plates had a little flower on them so I told Sister Johnson they were edible and she didn't believe me. So I dipped it in some terriaki sauce and took a bite and she did too. Then when the lady came to take our plates she told us to keep the flower because it was fresh. I felt so bad for eating it haha. Tuesday was super gloomy and cold. I woke up so cold! For comp study we went to kneaders and the fire was on:') a nice lil tender mercy awe. We also had a really good lesson with our friend Leo. We taught him about the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I think he's starting to grasp the feeling of the spirit more! Wednesday was gloomy  again ! So we went to warm kneaders for comp study. I love Elder Uchtdorf 's talk Forget Me Nots and he says, "Our Heavenly Father is most pleased when we sacrifice something good for something far greater with an eternal perspective. Sometimes, that may even mean nurturing small but beautiful forget-me-not flowers instead of a large garden of exotic blooms." HEY ALL, I'VE MADE IT SIX MONTHS, TODAY!! We visited with Ursula on Tuesday and she's def had better days. Ursula is ready to find rest and be with her son again so she's a lil depressed, as one can imagine. Anyway, we asked if she's thought about getting a blessing and she said no, but was just thrilled with the idea! She was so grateful we suggested that because she wouldn't have thought of it otherwise.  We volunteer at Care & Share every other week. So we show up at our usual time and the door was locked! So we went through the front (which I've never done before) and this sweetie walks us to the back and all the lights are off and there's no volunteers there. I guess our shift was cancelled ha, so we got to help out in this  giant  warehouse and do the recycling for them!  On Thursday we taught Charlotte the Plan of Salvation. Please share a few successes and/or challenges from your efforts to fulfill your missionary purpose this past week.  We dropped like half oir friends because we haven't been able to get in contact/teach them in months. It was difficult, but I belive we will come across more elect people to teach now.  What is one area you can focus on this coming week to more closely follow the principles in Missionary Standards for Disciples of Jesus Christ?  Priesthood Authority and Ordinances - I want to focus on this with a few of our friends and really emphasize the power the priesthood has in doing ordinances!  Who did you participate in exchanges with?  Sister Beard  How did the exchange go?  It went well! We had then on a weekly planning day, so I was a littler nervous to have to plan with so many friends I knew nothing about.
