That's Another Buttcrack

HEY ALL, I'VE MADE IT SIX MONTHS, TODAY!!

We visited with Ursula on Tuesday and she's def had better days. Ursula is ready to find rest and be with her son again so she's a lil depressed, as one can imagine. Anyway, we asked if she's thought about getting a blessing and she said no, but was just thrilled with the idea! She was so grateful we suggested that because she wouldn't have thought of it otherwise.

We volunteer at Care & Share every other week. So we show up at our usual time and the door was locked! So we went through the front (which I've never done before) and this sweetie walks us to the back and all the lights are off and there's no volunteers there. I guess our shift was cancelled ha, so we got to help out in this giant warehouse and do the recycling for them!

On Thursday we taught Charlotte the Plan of Salvation. She seemed to stay pretty focused on the spiritual part of the message, this time, which is a miracle. We asked her what she thought about the plan and she expressed how she's grateful to know that even though her sons aren't religious, she can be with them again after this life:') she also told us how she's been doing a ton of family history stuff, so we asked her a little bit about temples and what she knows. We're going to talk about fam history/temples next time we visit with her.

We had an awesome lesson with Memori on Friday. We talked about repentance and the joy we receive when we do so! She expressed how she had been feeling guilty for a few of her behaviors. The spirit was strong as we talked with her! Now she needs some more urgency behind the invites we give her!!

Saturday we had lunch with the Biorn's. We shared a message about the good Samaritan and how he was a good representative of Jesus Christ. It was a really cool lesson because Sister Biorn's brother came right before we shared a message and he's just recently quitting some pretty hard/strong drugs... anyway, it was cool to talk about how Christ loves us no matter who we are, what we've done, or where we're coming from. I also finished the book of mormon today!! Woohoo!! I love reading the bom as a missionary because everything seems to make way more sense <3
And as a sidenote we saw this dude's bum crack today and for whatever odd reason, sis j has been seeing them everywhere so she shouts "ope, there's another buttcrack!" Lol she kills me.

Sunday was a fun day! We went to church and both hours were just filled with the spirit! This guy in our ward gave his farewell talk and the bishop's wife spoke about the restoration! Then in relief society we talked about our testimonies and how we can share them, grow them, and keep them! It was a perfect lesson because bishop asked if we'd share our testimonies on fast Sunday!

I love you all and invite you each to do the things you need to grow and share your testimony with others! If you don't know what that is or where to start, ASK your Heavenly Father! He will answer you.
